Job Summary

The Content Management Specialist reports to the Director, Internal Communications. The ideal candidate has a passion for language and an eye for design to help build compelling content that engages readers and users in Enterprise’s mission. S/he will plan, write, edit, recycle and distribute content for a wide range of internal and external communications across primarily digital platforms, including websites, social media, enewsletters, etc., as well as some print publications (white papers, fact sheets, etc.) S/he will collaborate across Enterprise departments to inform and integrate content, helping to tell a powerful, creative and highly engaging story that will resonate with stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage editorial calendar, tracking and monitoring content deliverables
  • Write, edit and curate stories for enewsletters, email marketing campaigns, web products and more
  • Layout and update basic brochures and advertisements
  • Create infographics and PowerPoint presentations
  • Copyedit and proof white papers and technical resources
  • Support communications for groundbreakings, conferences and other events
  • Facilitate content for social media channels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Marketing
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
  • Stay current with marketplace trends, tools, and technologies that support outstanding content management


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of writing and editing for publication   
  • Outstanding writing skills across multiple styles/tones, with impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Strong research and interviewing skills
  • Ability to curate and edit photography and video, and provide art direction for photo and video sessions
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
  • High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Adept at accessing, interpreting and incorporating key data points
  • Passionate about digital communications and new technologies
  • Understanding of web content and social media best practices and strategies
  • Comfortable receiving and giving feedback
  • A self-starter who works well independently, as part of a team, with the ability to remain flexible to the needs of the organization and its mission
  • Knowledge of/familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines
  • High energy, self-starter who works with a sense of action and urgency 
  • Solid attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities 
  • Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
